Oh, Sorry I didn't gave much info, but I was having the same issue as
Xavier. Using Nautilus, gnome-volume-manager, the USB is visible but
does not mount, and doesn't spit out any graphical error. And the
package in questions is udev-128-2 and hal-0.5.11-3. As a side not, also
udev takes now twice the time to start up, from 3s to 6-7s.
