Yes, or create /etc/bashrc, then /etc/bashrc.d/ and allow to move files
there just like /etc/profile.d.
But then you'd need ". /etc/bashrc" in all user ~/.bashrc. I was hoping
there was some magical mechanism that would apply systemwide.
