Hmm that seems ok, but we should probably try and prevent things like:
$ extrapkg " "
via:

-----
msg="$(echo $@)"
if [ -z "$msg" ]; then echo "wtfdude?"; exit 1; fi

sv commit -m "upgpkg: blah -> blah

$msg"
-----
