Is there any easy way to scan packages to see if they need rebuilt?  A 
grep for "5.10.0" maybe....

That seems to work:
 > tar -xf /var/cache/pacman/pkg/mod_perl-2.0.4-5-i686.pkg.tar.gz
 > grep -R "5.10.0" *
Binary file usr/lib/httpd/modules/mod_perl.so matches

Anybody want to do a quick scan of the repos?   I will not have time for 
the next day or two.
