Hi,

in util-linux 2.19-4 i disabled the experimental 
--enable-libmount-mount. FS#23014

kernel26 2.6.37.1-2 and mkinitcpio 0.6.8-2 has a versioned dependency 
for util-linux 2.19 to avoid the case when kernel initrd is regenerated 
without having any util-linux package. FS#23011
