Hi,

new bug fix release. Please test and signoff.  Users signoffs are welcome.

	* get rid of the warning telling disk format is unstable
	* change license of libraries and header files to LGPL; crc was
	  replaced with an LGPL implementation along with this.
	* discard blocks at mkfs time
	* add verbose option to mkfs.nilfs2
	* kill gcc warnings
