It was about 2 days old, it doesn't help but ..

That was correct suggestion.
I was using old kernel, because since few months i had no time to
configure my wireless card, and other things to courrent Arch kernel.
Now width help of my friend i switched to 2.6.27-ARCH and bcm43.
Everything works well, Thank You for help.

Conclusion : xf86-video-intel needs new kernel ( I use 2.6.27 )
Conclusion2 : bcm43 needs firmware files, (I use b43-firmware from AUR)
