No.

$ /etc/rc.d/dkms start #build and install dkms registered modules.

if LOAD=yes in /etc/conf.d/dkms, module are also loaded. (default behaviour)

$ dkms autoinstall

virtualbox-bin is an AUR package, discution should take place in aur-general.
