[aur-dev] Json interface extension with Maintainer/Submitter searching

Hello!

I think it would be a good feature to extend the rpc.php/json interface to
be able to search according to the 'SeB' option, for Maintainer and
Submitter users.

With a frontend program to the AUR site to search for packages from a
concrete maintainer/submitter, if I know well, an output html parsing is
needed which is harder than parsing such a form like the output of rpc.php
with searching and the desired arg now.

Opinion, Louipc, Bash, Gergely, others?
