[aur-general] Orphan request for tkgate

If the maintainer has turned off e-mail notifications, for some reason
(by accident?), a personal e-mail may be the only way to get his
attention.

Also, the package should only be flagged out of date if it's actually
out of date compared to the current stable version, not if it doesn't
work.

If he doesn't reply, I will be more than happy to orphan the package.
