Attention netcfg users. We have revamped the network profiles
handling. It is no longer included as part of the initscripts package.
To install:
   pacman -S netcfg

Please be aware that the "NETWORK_PROFILES" rc.conf variable changes
to "NETWORKS" as a part of this change.
