Done.

Notes for the future: The Arch template also makes changes to the
default template files, so the header needs to be copied in
templates/header.tpl in addition to copying themes/Archer

I think I got all cases of "Operating System" - there seemed to be
more. Those changes are made in lang/en.php (and should also be
changed in other languages, but I don't speak them).

Let me know if any problems arise.
