[arch-dev-public] util-linux-ng fsck-static.patch?

Is there any reason why we include a patch in util-linux-ng to build a
static version of fsck?

Note that this binary is completely useless: fsck only calls
fsck.$FSTYPE which is not a static binary for any file system.
