[arch-general] cannot set locale (systemd)

Typing locale, I get this:

[tomas at archbook ~]$ locale
LANG=pt_BR.UTF-8
LC_CTYPE="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES=C
LC_PAPER="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_NAME="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_ADDRESS="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_TELEPHONE="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_MEASUREMENT="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_IDENTIFICATION="pt_BR.UTF-8"
LC_ALL=

If i call date, get this:

[tomas at archbook ~]$ date
Sex Ago 31 12:46:31 BRT 2012

Date says it's Sexta (Friday) in Agosto (August). So I think my locale
configuration is partially correct. Isn't it?
