[arch-general] Firefox stays English after upgrade to 18.0-1

Same issue here, with firefox-i18n-fr, but I managed to "fix" it:
- go to about:addons and click Languages
- disable and re-enable your language pack
- restart Firefox.

Now all menus are in French, as expected.
