[arch-general] Can`t playback other sounds (ie flash, xmms) while on a skype call

With the default config, pulseaudio mutes everything when there is a
voip stream playing. Check if you can unmute the other outputs.

You can disable that behavior by commenting this line in
/etc/pulse/default.pa :

### Cork music/video streams when a phone stream is active
load-module module-role-cork
