[arch-general] Anybody unable to boot Arch after installing latest updates?

Yes, I also found many people got this problem.
There are three possible way to solve the problem I get from the internet[1]
(I don't test them and can't be sure they will work fine):
1. downgrade systemd;
2. change the hardware time to UTC time;
3. update systemd to 213 in [testing].
