[aur-general] Removal request for `ocaml-compiler-libs`

Can you please remove `ocaml-compiler-libs` [1] from AUR?

  - it's outdated
  - there's a proposal [2] to add this to `ocaml` package in Arch Bug
Tracker
  - there's a *supported* AUR package [3]
    which includes compiler libs
