[aur-general] merge requests

Hello,

please merge the zsdxdemo-* packages[1] in zsdx[2]. The files are not
available anymore and have been replaced by the full version.

Also, please merge gtkhash-thunar-enabled[3] and gtkhash-withplugins[4]
in gtkhash[5], the former are not needed anymore and the maintainer of
[4] has agreed to a merge.
