[aur-requests] [PRQ#9752] Merge Request for haste-applet

bil-elmoussaoui [1] filed a request to merge haste-applet [2] into
budgie-haste-applet [3]:

The haste-applet package name is not really specific. The package only
works with Budgie, so adding budgie prefix seems to be the right way
to do things.
