luigoalma [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-vulkan-loader

Moving it to mingw-w64-vulkan-idc-loader instead to follow a more
accurate naming scheme as the arch version of the package. (vulkan-
idc-loader instead of just vulkan-loader)
Since package doesn't have votes or comments, requesting deletion
instead of a merge if that's okay
