Request #18217 has been accepted by diabonas [1]:

pyzo removed its dependency on python-pyzolib in 2018, even before it
was adopted to [community]:

Furthermore, the project seems to have been abandoned by upstream
(latest commit is from 2016-09-05), nothing depends on the AUR package
and it has zero popularity.
