[aur-requests] [PRQ#36814] Deletion Request for linux-mptcp

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for linux-mptcp [2]:

Deprecated out-of-tree Linux kernel fork for the development of
multipath-TCP.

Since Linux v5.6, development has been upstreamed to the Linux source
kernel tree and this experimental feature can be enabled if Linux is
built with the corresponding config switched on.

As this package has no maintainer and follows the deprecated out-of-
tree repo, I suggest deletion.
